BLS under American Heart association
The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Audience
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
Course objectives
At the end of the course, the students will be able to:
• Demonstrate High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• Understand The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
• Recognize the Importance of early use of an AED
• Perform Effective ventilations using a barrier device
• Recognize the Importance of teams in multirescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multirescuer CPR
• Demonstrate Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

Registration terms & Conditions
Registration is through the Anfas Simulation training Center (ASTC) simulation training center website, with the required personal data:
Writing the full name as it will appear in the certificate, the name will not be modified after that.
Using valid e-mail, we recommend that you use your personal, not business, mail to ensure that you receive your certificate.
Course fees (for paid courses) must be paid to ensure your registration is confirmed.
Attending courses:
Courses held at the headquarters of the Anfas Simulation training Center (ASTC) simulation Center:
Maintain attendance and leaving time according to pre-set session time.
Demonstrate the values and ethics of attending training courses such as good listening, literature in discussion and dialogue.
Maintain a safe distance from others.
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub after using each equipment’s and manikins.
Stay home and kindly don’t attend the course if you feel unwell or have some symptoms like having a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, and seek medical attentions. (Medical report must be submitted).
Certificates:
To obtain the course certificate, the trainee must attend the entire training course in which he/she is registered.
Passing the tests (if applicable).
The certificate is sent within one week of the last day of the course, after passing the test (if applicable).
Saudi Council for Health Specialist CME/CPD:
Participant must enter his/her Saudi Council number in his profile to guarantee getting CME/CPD hours (If Applicable).
To obtain the training activity CME/CPD, the participant must attend the entire activity in which he is registered.
CME/CPD are entered in Saudi Council for Health Specialist site (Mumaris) within a month of the accredited activity date.
Cancellation and Refund:
1-If you want to cancel the registration application or postpone the attendance date, an application must be submitted to the Administration at least 30 days before the session, and the ANFAS SIMULATION TRINIANG CENTRE (ASTC)) has the right to accept or reject the request.
2-Courses that may schedule within less than 30 days, cannot be rescheduled or fees refunded, and registration is the student’s responsibility.
3-In the event that the subscriber wants to request a postponement of a course due to a medical excuse (medical report), the course will be rescheduled for one time only without penalty.
4-In case if the participant would like to postpone the attendance date if one of the two conditions above applied, this can only be done once and within 6 months period from the first booking.
5-In the absence of the trainee from attending the course, he loses his right to claim a refund or reschedule.
6-Participant who comes 15 minutes will not be able to attend the course and will be considered as ABSENT/NO SHOW.
7-The Clinical skills & simulation Center reserves the right to cancel any training course or change its appointment in the event of circumstances outside the control, and the trainees shall be notified accordingly. The trainee has the right to recover the course fees.
8-In the event that the minimum course participants are not completed, the (ASTC) has the right to postpone the course date, and the participants have the right to accept the postponement or refund the course fees.
9-In the event that the participant is entitled to a refund, the (ASTC) does not bear the shipping fee, and in the event that a course book or attachments are used, it will be deducted from the value of the refunded fee.
10-The refund process may take 10 days from the time the order is received.

The trainee is not allowed to print or copy the training materials for the purpose of publishing them for any reason.
The trainee bag and training materials are designed for the purpose of completing training on the training course only.
